VPN Usage Agreement:
During my use of the Maricopa County Community College VPN, I will follow the guidelines and restrictions as stated in the Computing Resource Standards. I will protect my VPN certificate and will not share the certificate or password with anyone. I understand that violating the Computing Resource Standards will mean immediate removal of my VPN account. During my VPN subscription, I understand that I may be subject to security audits by ITS-Security Personnel. I also understand that my VPN account is tied to my current position and VPN access will be re-evaluated if my position changes.

Support (Monday-Friday, 6:00am – 10:00pm)

Support is limited to VPN connectivity issues on computers that already have working Internet connections with no firewalls, routers or other network devices between the computers and the network provider. There is full support for the VPN client. The user will need to download and install the VPN client on their home computer (full documentation available). Please backup your computer before installing the software. The files and applications on your home computer are your responsibility.
